Sea Foam Vermentino Pét-Nat

Unico Zelo

Sea Foam sparkling is an undisgorged ancestral method sparkler made from 100% beautiful Aussie Vermentino, dry grown in the Riverland. It looks like this variety is at home down under. It proves itself with dazzling, fresh, textured acidity. Core notes of pear, green apples, white nectarine, supplemented with a touch of frangipane and grassy freshness.
