Ageing:  Bottled in April 2015 for secondary fermentation, ageing 5 years on the lees in bottle. Disgorged May 2021. 0 g/L dosage. Only 27ppm SO2.

Vineyard & Vine Age:  Fruit from 2014 harvest. Estate vineyards in Vrigny 1er cru. Vines over 30 years old.
