Amadio's driest expression, the Brut is straw yellow with green flecks and a 
bouquet of apples, exotic fruits, and citrus. It is zesty and bright on the palate, bursting with citrus and florals. A beautiful wine to pair with a feast of frutti di mare crudo.

Fermentation:  Hand-picked grapes are softly pressed and fermented anaerobically in stainless steel with temperature control.

Ageing:  Secondary fermentation in Martinotti (Charmat) tank under pressure for at least forty days. Dosage of 8g/L.

Vineyard & Vine Age:  Asolo DOCG designated vineyards, double arched cane training, harvested by hand (into small cases to prevent crushing) in the 3rd and 4th week of September.

ABV:  11.5%
