Amadio's entry level cuvée, Monfumino after their home in Monfumo in the cradle of the Asolo mountains, does not disappoint. This deeply refreshing and superbly balanced bubbly shows bright yellow, exuding fruit forward notes of elegant apple and pear with nuances of white flowers and rennet.

Ageing:  Secondary fermentation in Martinotti (Charmat) tank under pressure for 30 days. Dosage of 12g/L.

Vineyard & Vine Age:  Vineyards surrounding Monfumino just outside the Asolo designation within the Treviso Prosecco DOC, 200m above sea level, double arched cane training, harvested by hand in the 2nd week of September.
