Integro Chardonnay Pét-Nat

Chiusa Grande

Harvested in late August for phenolic ripeness but low sugars/high acid, these grapes are soft pressed, and then bottled during fermentation, with no sulphites at any point. The Chardonnay’s bright acidity keeps this wine very lively and contact with those healthy lees adds texture, a dense and inviting haze, and so much flavour. Find ripe pineapple, honeycrisp apple, meyer lemon, and biscuit notes surfing on a feral fizz. Well made, and well priced pétillant-naturel as happy in a Zalto as a tumbler—true party juice.
