Quorum Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Perlage

The Quorum cuvée from Perlage hails from their home vineyards in the rarefied Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG terroir. The nose is markedly more expressive than most Prosecco examples, it can catch you off guard. On the palate, textured acidity aligns with creamy bubbles, delivering a ripe lemon profile with notes of yellow apple and cantaloupe appearing alongside. It all follows into a surprisingly long finish of charred Meyer lemon and a touch of honey. It's vibrant and sophisticated, a more cerebral outting but certainly does the classic Prosecco duty all the more: it kicks off a party!
