Cava Rosat Brut Nature

Azimut

Beautiful, pale, and perfectly red fruited. It is honestly ridiculous to see a wine of this price that is Certified Organic farming, Champagne Method, hand disgorged (TO ORDER!) with absolutely no additions. Base wines see a small amount of oxygen prior to secondary fermentation, so we have a textural, and more rounded palate, but with zero sugar and zero dosage, we get a super flavourful, fruity sparkler with a bone dry finish! Pure fresh strawberry, red apple acidity, almond and macademia, and a serenly pleasant pétillance. Amazing value again. All-day-every-day pricing for authentic and honest bubbles!
