Chardonnay

Cooper Mountain

A pristinely balanced expression with crisp fruit, an abundance of the Willamette's savoury volcanic terroir spice and minerality, all buoyed on fresh and fermented lemon notes and the gentle influence of oak and acacia barriques. A true joy to drink, glass after glass—its tension ringing across the palate like a plucked violin long after each sip.
